A model alone doesn’t know how to work inside your business. A harness gives an agent its operating environment: tools, context, workflow state, permissions, and human approval points. We build that surrounding software so the agent can do useful work within clear boundaries, with evaluations and visibility into what happened.
It depends on the task, your data requirements, and the economics. We have experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-weight models. We compare appropriate options against your real workflows instead of starting with a single provider. Open-weight doesn’t automatically mean cheaper: hosting, hardware, maintenance, and usage all matter.
It can. For a focused, repeatable task, a smaller model trained on good examples may meet your quality bar at a lower inference cost than a larger general-purpose model. We evaluate that tradeoff against training, hosting, maintenance, and expected usage. Fine-tuning teaches task behavior and domain patterns; retrieval supplies current business knowledge. We use each where it fits.
We define success with your team, build evaluations from representative work, and check quality before and after changes. Access controls and human review are designed around the task’s risk. Deployment includes documentation and knowledge transfer, with scope, ownership, and ongoing support agreed before the engagement begins.
